ARPACK-NG is a collection of Fortran77 subroutines designed to solve large scale eigenvalue problems.

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install arpack-ng

The package arpack-ng provides CMake targets:

find_package(arpackng CONFIG REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE ARPACK::ARPACK)
