Beta 2D Vector Graphics Powered by a JIT Compiler

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install blend2d

Define BL_STATIC before any @PORT@ includes.

  Default feature. Enables jit pipeline compilation. Not supported for ARM and UWP.
