A set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install dpdk

The package dpdk is compatible with built-in CMake targets:

FIND_PACKAGE(dpdk CONFIGURE REQUIRED)
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(main PRIVATE DPDK::dpdk)
