Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install dpdk

The package dpdk is compatible with built-in CMake targets:

find_package(unofficial-dpdk REQUIRED CONFIG)
target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE unofficial::dpdk::dpdk)
