Intel(R) Multi-Buffer Crypto for IPsec Library

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install intel-ipsec

The package intel-ipsec is compatible with built-in CMake targets:

FIND_PACKAGE(intel-ipsec CONFIG REQUIRED)
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(main PRIVATE IPSEC::ipsec)
