A tiny implementation of SHA-3, SHAKE, Keccak, and sha3sum

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install keccak-tiny

keccak-tiny provides CMake targets:

find_package(unofficial-keccak-tiny CONFIG REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE unofficial::keccak-tiny::keccak-tiny)
