Portable, high level programming interface to various calling conventions

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install libffi

vcpkg provides proprietary CMake targets:

find_package(unofficial-libffi CONFIG REQUIRED)

target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE unofficial::libffi::libffi)

libffi provides pkg-config modules:
