Library providing helpers for the Linux kernel io_uring support

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install liburing

The package liburing can be imported via CMake FindPkgConfig module:

find_package(PkgConfig)
pkg_check_modules(liburing REQUIRED IMPORTED_TARGET GLOBAL liburing>=2.0)
