Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.
vcpkg install nccl
The package nccl provides CMake variables:
find_package(NCCL REQUIRED) target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE ${NCCL_LIBRARIES}) target_include_directories(main PRIVATE ${NCCL_INCLUDE_DIRS})
