Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.
vcpkg install openmesh
The package openmesh provides CMake targets:
find_package(openmesh REQUIRED) target_include_directories(main PRIVATE ${OPENMESH_INCLUDE_DIRS}) target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE ${OPENMESH_LIBRARIES})
