Proposed SG14 status_code for the C++ standard (https://wg21.link/P1028).

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install status-code

The package status-code provides CMake targets:

find_package(status-code CONFIG REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(main PUBLIC status-code::hl)
