Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install xaudio2redist

The XAudio2 redistributable package provides CMake targets

find_package(xaudio2redist CONFIG REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE Microsoft::XAudio2Redist)
