Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install libosmium

libosmium is header-only and can be used from CMake via:

find_path(OSMIUM_INCLUDE_DIRS "osmium/version.hpp")
target_include_directories(main PRIVATE ${OSMIUM_INCLUDE_DIRS})
