C library for finding and handling crystal symmetries

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install spglib

spglib provides CMake targets:

find_package(Spglib CONFIG REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE Spglib::symspg)

spglib provides pkg-config modules:
