SGI GLU with miscellaneous fixes

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install superglu

The package superglu provides CMake targets:

find_package(superglu CONFIG REQUIRED)
target_link_libraries(main PRIVATE superglu::GLU)
