Vulkan Validation Layers (VVL)

Run the following Vcpkg command to install the port.

vcpkg install vulkan-validationlayers

The package @PORT@ provides the vulkan validationlayers.

To make vulkan use them you have to manually add the vcpkg path "@layer_path@" to the environment variable VK_ADD_LAYER_PATH.
